Introducing the GR-4711 Series: Versatile Natural Gas and Propane Regulators
Fairview is expanding its GAS-FLO® lineup with the GR-4711 Series of natural gas and propane line and appliance regulators. They are built for flexible installation and dependable performance, indoors or out.
Certified for Indoor and Outdoor Use
The GR-4711 Series is CSA-certified for both indoor and outdoor applications. It is certified to ANSI Z21.18-CSA 6.3 (Appliance Regulator) and Z21.80-CSA 6.22 (Line Regulator), so you can specify it with confidence across a wide range of residential and commercial gas installations.

New: Multi-Directional Vent Limiter
Alongside the GR-4711 Series, Fairview is introducing a multi-directional vent limiter with patented 360-degree rotation. Installers can reposition the vent after installation, as many times as needed, without being locked into the orientation chosen on day one. That makes it easier to work around obstructions, meet site requirements, and adjust in the field. Please note, the GR-4711 Series can be installed indoors with the vent limiter when the installation meets paragraph 5.5.4.2 of CSA B149.1:25.
Mounting Guidelines
GR-4711 Series GAS-FLO® regulators are designed to be mounted in any direction (multi-poise). When using the vent limiting device, keep these requirements in mind:
- The regulator must be mounted horizontally when using the vent limiting device, or
- Vertically with the regulator outlet facing up if the optional port for the vent limiting device is utilized.
